Refund and exchanges

Brush assumes the responsibility of accuracy and quality of orders from the order placement to delivery of the final product. All shoes are thoroughly checked for quality before shipment. Due to the hand painted, made to order nature of the shoes, Brush cannot accept refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Brush will only refund or exchange the shoes if there is proof that damages occurred during shipment. If this occurs, please contact ben@brushfootwear.com for a return authorization within 10 days of delivery. Brush will not accept any returns without first acquiring a return authorization.

Privacy Policy

Brush ensures that all personal details given to brush including email and other information will be kept confidential and not shared or sold in anyway.

All designs, logos, images, and shoes on this site are copyrighted by Brush. You may not copy, alter, reproduce, distribute, resold, displayed, exploited, and transmit any part of this site without the consent and permission of brush.
